As a subscriber, you will gain the peace of mind knowing that ID Protection Service™ includes robust Detection, Resolution and Reimbursement services.
Detection
ID Protection Service™ monitors your credit files from one or more credit reporting agencies for specific changes such as inquiries, new accounts, change of address, delinquencies and public records. If a change is detected, an alert is sent to you. The monitoring plan includes:
1. Constant monitoring of your credit files as reported from credit reporting agencie
2. E-mail notification alert of changes to your credit files
3. Online access to all alerts generated from ID Protection Service
4. Ability to request copies of your Credit Reports with credit score
Resolution
ID Protection Service™ provides full recovery service to each of its subscribers. If you do fall victim to identity theft, you will be assigned a Personal Recovery Advocate who manages your case from beginning to end. Within 3 business days, a Recovery Plan is created and implemented that will provide a roadmap for the recovery process to ensure that your case is resolved with minimal damage to your good name. Your Recovery Advocate will continue to monitor the status of your identity for 6 months.
Reimbursement
ID Protection Service™ also includes Identity Theft Insurance provided by AIG. ID Protection Service’s™ reimbursement program compensates victims for the lost income and expenses associated with the crime, including
1. Up to $25,000 in total reimbursements
2. Deductible is $0
3. Six month reporting period
4. Up to $1,000 per week in lost wage reimbursements
